Nakamura is a former WWE Champion and is one of the most popular wrestlers in the company. He is also a natural babyface, which would make him the perfect opponent for Gunther.

A veteran wrestler believes that WWE missed a big opportunity by not having Nakamura challenge Gunther for the title.

In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling, former WWE wrestler Gangrel said that he believes Nakamura would be the perfect opponent for Gunther.

"Shinsuke Nakamura is one of the most popular wrestlers in the world," Gangrel said. "He's a natural babyface, and he's got a great look. I think he would be the perfect opponent for Gunther."

Gangrel also said that he believes Nakamura would have a good chance of defeating Gunther.

"Nakamura is a very talented wrestler," Gangrel said. "He's got a lot of experience, and he knows how to win big matches. I think he would have a good chance of beating Gunther."

WWE may still have time to book Nakamura vs. Gunther.

Gunther is scheduled to defend his title against Sheamus at Clash of the Champions. If Gunther is able to retain his title, then WWE could book him against Nakamura at the next pay-per-view.
